Having heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the order passed by the Fora below, we are of the opinion that no case is made out for our interference in exercise of our limited revisional jurisdiction under Section 21 (b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. Both the Fora below have recorded a concurrent finding of the fact that the subject flat allotted to the Respondent/ Complainant in MIG Category, suffered from basic defects, enumerated in both the orders of the Fora below. We do not find any jurisdictional error in the said findings which is based on the material on record.

Consequently, the Revision Petition is dismissed, with no order as to costs.
