Order Passed

None has appeared on behalf of the appellants inspite of several calls whereas learned counsel Sh. Praveen Julka for the respondent has appeared.

A perusal of the order sheet dated 08.02.2022 reveals that last opportunity was given to the appellants to appear and submit their arguments otherwise in their absence the adverse order may be passed in the appeal on the next date fixed.

But inspite of the above earlier order, neither the appellants nor their counsel appeared for placing the arguments. 

Hence, on account of the absence of the appellants, the appeal shall stand as dismissed.  No order as to costs.

A copy of the order be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal and necessary compliance.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith the copy of the order.
