At the time of hearing Ld. Advocate for the complainant side is withdrawing this case.

As the complainant intends to withdraw this case voluntarily, this District Commission has no reason to stand on the way.

In the result this case is dismissed as it is withdrawn.  No order is passed as to cost.  However, liberty is given to the complainant to file this case afresh on the self-same cause of action.
