Shri Vishal Shyamnani, power of attorney holder appears on behalf of petitioner.

Ms. Shabina Ali has filed power on behalf of respondent.

Parties submit that the this revision is against the order dated 21.06.2016 whereas the case has already been decided finally and appeal against the final order have also been filed and are pending.

In view of the submissions made that the case has already been finally decided, this revision has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this revision is dismissed as infructuous.
