                    Case called several times since morning but nobody appeared on behalf of the complainant.  It is now 3.45 p.m. This case is pending for the evidence of the complainant.  Despite various adjournments the complainant has failed to adduce any evidence and nobody is appearing on his behalf for the last two hearings.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint.    Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the orders and in default. File be consigned to the record room.
