ORDER

This is an application for restoration of the revision petition filed by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent states that he has no objection if the application for restoration is allowed and petition be restored. In view of the statement given by learned counsel for the respondent, application for restoration is allowed and petition stands restored. It is pointed out by learned counsel for the respondent that in terms of order dated 29.3.2012, he wants to file tabular statement. Same be filed within a week with copy to opposite party. Meanwhile, Registrar should also submit his report in terms of order dated 29.3.2012, if not submitted earlier. List on 20.9.2013 for admission hearing.
