In spite of repeated calls the Appellant is absent.   Call the matter after lunch.   3.45 PM Respondent is present through his Son Mr. Sunil Agrawal and filed copy of deed of partnership and Adhara card which is kept in record. Appellant is absent on repeated calls.   In the above mentioned appeal notice was issued to Appellant on 03-06-2022. Notice issued to Appellant returned unserved with an endorsement “Not Known”.   In spite of repeated calls the Appellant is also absent to-day.    Hence the appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.    DFR be sent back.
