          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Mr.Kuldeep Sharma Counsel for OP has been authorized to settle the complaint with the complainant and handed over a NOC of the Vehicle No. DL 1 NCR0889 to the complainant as full and final settlement. Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
