Heard Mr. P. K. Seth, learned counsel for the revision petitioner. Mr. P. K. Seth emphasises that while hearing of the revision petition was pending, the State Commission, by its impugned order, issued directions, which impinged on the very substance of the matter involved in the revision petition, prejudicing the petitioner’s interest. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this contention appears to be valid. The order dated 25.02.2010 of the State Commission is hereby stayed, subject to the petitioner also not taking any action to affect the respondent’s right in the vehicle in question. The State Commission is requested to expedite the disposal of the revision petition already before it. With this direction, this revision petition is disposed of. A copy of this order be given dasti.
