          Heard.

2.      The appeal was filed after the expiry of period of limitation and was accompanied by Misc. Application No.717 of 2014 for condoning the delay. The application was disposed of, vide order dated 26.11.2014, and the delay in filing the appeal was condoned, subject to the deposit of Rs.5,000/- in the Consumer Free Legal Aid Fund of this Commission within 20 days. That amount was not deposited within the said period and the appellant made a request for extending that period and the same was extended by a fortnight. That extended period has also expired, but the sum of Rs.5,000/- was never deposited by the appellant. Therefore, the application filed by him for condoning the delay stands dismissed.

3.                As a result of the dismissal of the application for condoning the delay, the appeal stands barred by time and is dismissed as such.
