               Sri R K Gupta, learned Counsel for the appellant is present thereby submitting that he wants to withdraw the appeal. There is an application filed earlier on 20-02-2015 specifying that the appeal may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn.

               Hence, in view of the letter dated 20-02-2015 annexed with the application of the appellant and which is signed by the Officer Incharge of Estate/Joint Secretary of Agra Development Authority seeking to withdraw the appeal, we are of this view that this appeal is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
