This appeal has been preferred against judgment dated 27.05.2014 passed by the learned DCF Jaipur IIIrd Jaipur .This appeal has been presented with a delay of 210 days.

We have heard the learned counsel for the appellant on the point of delay.
The learned counsel for the appellant has argued that an ex-parte order was passed by the learned DCF and they came to know about this order only when execution was filed against them.
We have perused the record of the learned DCF. The learned DCF had issued a notice of the complaint to the appellants but they refuse to accept the process and it was returned marked as “refused”. In this case the learned DCF had no other option but to proceed ex-parte against the bank. Thus, we find that there is no satisfactory explaination to condone the delay of 210 days.
The appeal is rejected on the ground of delay.
