R.K.BISHNOI, JUDICIAL MEMBER :-

1.      This appeal has been preferred against the order dated19.02.2018 passed by learned District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Faridabad (in short ‘District Forum’) vide which opposite party No.3 was directed to pay the compensation. This appeal is not preferred by opposite party No.3. When there is no order against appellant, it has no right to prefer the appeal. Hence, the same is hereby dismissed in limine.

2.      Statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited at the time of filing the appeal be refunded to the appellant against proper receipt and identification in accordance with rules.
