ORDER

 Mr. Mahinder Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, LIC Housing Finance Ltd., seeks withdrawal of the revision petition and regrets on behalf of the petitioner company as well as the previous counsel, Mr. S.K. Sharma who had filed the present revision petition against the order of this Commission itself. Mr. Mahinder Kumar, Area Manager of the petitioner company is also present and he too regrets about filing of the revision petition in this Commission after the appeal filed by the petitioner was disposed of by this Commission. ..2.. He further undertakes to apprise the Chairman of the petitioner company about what has happened in this case. In these circumstances, we allow the application and dismiss the revision petition as withdrawn subject to deposit of costs of Rs.10,000/- with the “Consumer Legal Aid A/c, NCDRC” within two weeks from today.
