Heard advocate Mrs.Rohila for the appellant. Appellant has filed the present appeal feeling aggrieved by the judgment and order dated 06/05/2022 passed by the learned District Consumer Commission Nagpur. Alongwith the appeal the appellant has also filed an application for condonation of dealy of 12 days in filing the present appeal. It is submitted by the learned advocate for appellant that the delay of 12 days has taken placed solely due to administrative procedure  in seeking necessary approval from higher authority and the same is not malafide or deliberate. We have heard advocate Mrs.Rohila and allowe the application for condonation of 12 days delay in filing the present appeal in the interest of justice and appeal is taken on record.

          We have also heard advocate Mrs.Rohila on the point of admission of appeal and also perused the documents filed on record. Appeal is hereby admitted. It is submitted by learned advocate Mrs.Rohila that appellant has also filed an application for grant of stay to the impugned order dated 06/05/2022 passed by the learned District Consumer Commission Nagpur. Appellant is ready to deposit the balance decretal amount. In view of the submissions made by the learned advocate for appellant stay is granted to the impugned order dated 06/05/2022 passed by the District Consumer Commission Nagpur till reply and hearing on stay application provided the appellant deposits the balance decretal amount within a period of four weeks from today. Issue notice of stay to respondent R/o. 23/02/2022.
