On call no one turned up. This case stands filed on 25.06.2021 but it has been admitted on 21.05.2022 in absence of complainant as the complainant did not turn up after filing this case. After considering the fact that more than 21days where lapsed after its filing, hence this case was admitted in absence of complainant. Thereafter notice was also issued vide memo no. 482 dated 27.05.2022  to the complainant but it also went in vain as no response has been taken by the complainant either by making his appearance or after taking due step in this case so required. Hence, we are of the opinion that complainant has left the interest in this case. Hence, this complaint case stands dismissed.
