                    Complainant files hazira. The case record is taken up for admission hearing. Perused the case record and the documents filed there with. Heard Ld. Lawyer for the complainant. Considered.

                    It appears from the disputed electric bills that the electric service connection of the complainant is for business purpose being consumer I.D. 213031961 and tariff class      B(I-R).

                    From the petition of complain in paragraph 10 we find that the said premises in which the disputed electric connection has been installed as “Industrial Premises”. Ld. Lawyer for the complainant also admits that the electric connection in question is for commercial purpose.  Since the alleged service of electricity has been availed by the complainant from the O.P. is for commercial purpose, so in view of Sec-2(1)(d)(ii) of C.P. Act, 1986 the  present complainant is not a “Consumer” and as such the present  petition of complaint is not maintainable and as such it is not admitted.
