Complainant is absent . this case is at the stage of admission of the case we have gone though the complainant petition and xerox copy of document attached thee with the complainant has filed this case against the Op alleging that the Op have not completed the several constraction one of the building despite receiving Rs. 686000/ . The complainant has filed xerox copy of the dead of agreement executed between the complainant and Op . Dead of agreement does not discloses the period of completing the building . the complainant has not sent any notice to the Op for getting the work completed within such period by giving specific date in such Circumtance it must be held that the cause of action to the complainant has not arisen and due to this reason . the complainant has left to make payable from 13/12/2012 . this this case is not fit to be entertain for hearing . Hence complainant case is rejected .
