                   An application has been received on behalf of Mr. R.N. Soni, Petitioner No.2 through e-mail for withdrawal of the present revision petition on the ground that Mr. Rakesh Kumar Jindal, Former President of District Consumer Forum, Bhiwani had already passed away and on this ground he wants to withdraw the present revision petition.
