After arguing for some time, Counsel for the appellants wishes to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file a-fresh one after giving better particulars.

                   Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Spare copy be retained for the office record and all the three original paper-books be returned to the Counsel for the appellants.
