Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that this order was complied with as special case and has also filed his written submission explaining the same.

It is observed that vide order dated 08.03.2018, there was a submission by the learned Counsel for the Respondent that along with costs awarded by the District Forum for inconvenience and

harassment undergone by him for almost three years, some exemplary costs have to be paid by the Petitioner/Authority.  To put a quietus to this matter and to balance equities, I find it a fit case to dispose of the Revision Petition with costs of ₹25,000/- to be remitted directly by the Petitioner to the Complainant, on or before 11.04.2018.  The Complainant has given his account details to the Petitioner today.  It is clarified that this amount is inclusive of ₹10,000/- which has been awarded by the District Forum.  It is recorded that the original Registration No.DL1CT7703 and DL4SAD0013 (copy of the same is taken on record) have been handed over by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner to the Complainant who is present today.

        The Revision Petition stands disposed of.
