Op No.1 exparte.

                  Sh. Mohit Sachdeva, Adv. for Op No.2.

 

                   Power of attorney on behalf of Op No.2. filed. Parties have settled their dispute amicably. In view of the same Ops No.2 is ready to replace the refrigerator after deducting the depreciation of 10% out of the invoice value of the refrigerator to the complainant. Complainant is satisfied with the same. Statements of  complainant and Id. Counsel for Op No.2 recorded in this context. In view of the same, present complaint is disposed of accordingly.  File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
