ORDER

This is an execution application filed by the decree holder against the judgment debtor to execute the order of this commission in CC.No.362/2021 dated 01/07/2023. When the case came up for consideration today, the decree holder and judgment debtor was present. The judgment debtor paid the entire due amount of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees forty thousand only) to the decree holder. A Memo to that effect was also filed by the counsel appearing for the judgment debtor. The decree holder endorsed that he has received the entire EA clam and submitted that he is not willing to further proceed with this complaint. The memo accepted and recorded. Full satisfaction recorded and EA closed.
