Shri Ajay Dubey, counsel for appellant with Shri Soumitra Tiwari, Legal Manager of the appellant.

Counsel for appellant submits that since the respondent No.1-complainant has made payment to appellant-Bank, there remains no dispute.  Therefore, the appellant-Bank does not want to pursue this appeal and seeks to withdraw the same.

In view of the submissions made by counsel for appellant, the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
