Heard the counsel for the petitioner. Challenge is to the concurrent findings and order passed by the Fora below. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances and in particular the amount deposited was a meagre amount of Rs.2,000/- on which the petitioner Housing Board has been asked to pay interest @18% p.a. we are of the view that the impugned order does not call for any interference. However, it is observed that the impugned order will not constitute the precedent in the future matters with regard to the rate of interest payable on such deficiency. The revision petition is accordingly dismissed.
