After some argument, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this revision petition subject to that the petitioner has already deposited entire awarded amount with interest with the District Forum as per interim order dated 7.5.2013 passed by the Bench, may be released to the respondent.

In view of the above, revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.  The amount deposited by the petitioner with the District Forum concerned be released to the respondent. We have told that the execution petition filed by the respondent/complainant is pending.  The Executing Court while disposing of the execution petition shall take a note of the above noted payment to the respondent.
