Mr. D. D. Sarma, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of Mr. S. Sarma, conducting counsel, for the revision petitioner is present. Ms. S. Dasgupta, learned counsel for the opposite party No. 1 is also present.

                        A direction was given vide order dated 2-6-2023 to the counsel for the revision petitioner to take fresh steps on the opposite party Nos. 2,3 and 4 within a period of seven days from 2-6-2023 by way of registered post with A/D and it was recorded failing which appropriate order would be passed in this revision petition. On perusal of the records it is seen that no steps for notice were taken. Under such circumstances, we are constrained to hold that the revision petitioner is not interested in this revision petition in its final disposal. Accordingly the same stands dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
