Jdr by appearing before this Forum has deposited Rs. 11250/- for full satisfaction of decreetal amount of the Dhr and has also deposited penal damages and penal cost to be paid to this Forum i.e a sum of Rs. 11750/- to satisfy the entire decreetal amount .

Office to receive the same and issue receipt in respect of penal cost and deposit the same to Forums and disburse Rs. 11250/- to the Dhr on proper identification and reciept. So Recall W.A from Burrabazar P.S. at once . O/C Burrabazar to return the W/A without execution the same at once.

In the  result the Ex. Case is disposed of finally on full satisfaction.
