     The complainant is absent.  The opposite party is represented.   On the last  two consecutive posting  dates also, the complainant remained absent.  From the conduct  of the  complainant  in keeping  away from the  Commission, it is evident  that the  complainant  has lost interest in prosecuting  the matter.  In the said circumstances, we are  inclined to dismiss this complaint  for non prosecution.  Accordingly,  this complaint  stands dismissed for non prosecution.
