                    Counsel for OP No.3 has moved an application for marking his presence in the order dated 31.8.2015. He has stated that on 31.8.2015 the case was adjourned to 7.9.2015 but lateron on the request of counsel for complainant the file was take up and he has made statement to withdraw his complaint and accordingly the complaint of the complainant was dismissed as withdrawn.

                    Heard. We allow the application of the counsel for OP No.3 and it is ordered that his presence be marked in the order dated 31.8.2015.  The application is hereby disposed of accordingly.
