Complainant and Opposite Party No.3 filed compromise dated 30.07.2015 which has been attested by this Forum on the same date.  Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh.1, we therefore direct OP No.3 to replace the handset Mi439) within 30 days to the complainant against full and final settlement.   

This order will be complied with by OP No.3 within a period of 30 days failing which an addition compensation of Rs.100/- per month will be payable till the replacement of the handset.

              Copy of this order be made available to the parties free of cost as per law and an additional copy be kept on separate file.  File be consigned to record room.
