Learned counsel Sh. Sahil Gulati for the appellant, learned counsel Sh. Deepak Ahluwalia for respondent No. 1 and learned counsel Sh. Gagan Gupta for respondent No. 2 have appeared. Respondent No. 1 – Sh. Rajdeep has appeared in person.

A Vakalatnama of Sh. Anurag Gupta & Sh. Gagan Gupta, Advocates has been submitted on behalf of the respondent No. 2, which is kept on record.

Today a compromise (paper No. 82) has been submitted on behalf of the appellant, respondent No. 1 and respondent No. 2. 

The above-said compromise is read over & explained to the counsel for both the parties and respondent No. 1, who after reading, perusing and understanding it, made their signatures thereupon.

Both the counsel and respondent No. 1 have accepted the terms and conditions of the compromise, hence the compromise is hereby verified and accepted. Accordingly, the appeal is hereby decided.

A compromise (paper No. 82) shall form part of the decree. Both the parties shall bear their own costs.

The statutory amount, if any, deposited by the appellant, either before this Commission or before the District Commission, shall be returned to the appellant after adopting the requisite process.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order.

                       A copy of this order alongwith compromise be sent to the District Commission concerned for perusal and necessary information.
