ORDER

Counsel for the parties as also Mr. Suman Dev, National Manager (Legal) for the petitioner present and the Respondent is present in person. Parties have filed a compromise term. Both the parties admit that the compromise has been explained to each other and both of them have accepted the said compromise voluntarily. The respondent who is present in person states that the compromise has been entered into voluntarily without any force or coercion. The said compromise has been taken on record and is marked as Ex. I. The parties shall abide by the terms of compromise, particularly, Clause Bankers cheque of Rs.18.00 lakhs has been handed over to the Respondent who has handed over the receipt of the same to the Counsel for the petitioner. In view of this, the revision is disposed of as compromise in terms of Ex. I. The amount of Rs.26.50 lakhs, which has been deposited by the petitioner in this Commission in terms of order dated 23.11.2010, the same is permitted to be withdrawn by the petitioner. The Respondent/complainant shall withdraw the criminal case being Complaint No.742 of 2007 titled Rajbir Singh & Anr. Vs. M/s. Standard Chartered Bank pending before GMIC Mrs. Rachna Gupta, District Court, Faridabad by filing an application today itself. The petitioner shall also withdrawn cases under Section 138 N.I. Act pending in Delhi against the complainant by filing an appropriate application. The execution being E-148/2010 pending before Consumer Forum, Faridabad shall stand disposed of in aforesaid terms.
