Put up in National Lok Adalat.

Learned counsel Sh. Ravindra Singh and Sh. Praveen Julka for the appellant as well as learned counsel  Sh. Vaibhav Jain for respondent No. 1 has appeared.

Today a Vakalatnama (paper No. 39) of Sh. Vaibhav Jain, Advocate and attorney letter in favour of  Sh. Virendra Chaddha (paper Nos. 40 & 41) have been submitted on behalf of respondent No. 1, which are kept on record.

A compromise (paper Nos. 42 & 43) has been submitted by both the parties, i.e. appellant and respondent No. 1, which is read over and explained to both the counsel as well as Sh. Virendra Chaddha - power of attorney holder of respondent No. 1.

The above compromise is understood and accepted by both the parties and both the counsel have accepted the compromise. 

Because the above compromise is accepted by counsel on behalf of the company as well as power of attorney holder, hence, the compromise is hereby accepted.

The appeal is decided in terms of compromise accordingly. The compromise shall form part of the decree. No order as to costs.

Statutory amount deposited by the appellant be released in favour of the appellant and the decretal amount has to be paid to the complainant – respondent No. 1 in terms of compromise.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order.

A copy of this order be sent to the District Commission concerned for perusal / necessary action and for keeping it in record of the original case.
