2. Kajaria Ceremics Limited, J1/B1 (Extn) Mohan Coop., opposite Badarpur Thermal Power solution, Mathura road, New Delhi-44, through its Managing Director.

                                                                …..Opposite parties.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

                Shri Saurabh Pandit, counsel for the OP-1.

                OP-2 exparte vide order dated 13.05.2022.

 

                Today the case is fixed for compromise.

 

                At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP-1, so he does not want to pursue with the present complaint withdraws the same being compromised.

                In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
