It is pointed out by learned counsel for the respondent that possession of the plot has been handed over to the petitioner society, which fact has been confirmed by learned counsel for the petitioner. In the present petition, the issue involved is only of interest as claimed by the petitioner/complainant. However, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to take instruction as to whether the petitioner wants to pursue with the present revision petition or not.
