No one appears for the appellant. It is recalled that a cross appeal being First Appeal No. 12/2010 filed by the Rajasthan Housing Board, Jaipur in which the impugned order was in question, has been decided by this Commission vide order dated 27.01.10 and the impugned order passed by the State Commission has been fully upheld. In any case, for the reasons stated in the said order, we do not find it a fit case for enhancement of the compensation or upgradation of the relief the appellant having received the possession ..2. of the plot, in question and refund of certain amount in terms of the order passed by the State Commission. The appeal is, as such, dismissed being without any merit.
