Complainant/petitioner has filed the present revision petition.  Respondent had also filed revision petition 166/2009 which was allowed in the presence of counsel for the petitioner.  It was held that Rajasthan Housing Board was entitled to charge the interest @ 15% plus additional amounts as per regulations.  Review application no.330/2009 filed by the petitioner in revision petition no.166/2009 was also dismissed on 08.12.2009.

In view of the order passed in revision petition 166/2009, we do not find any merit in this revision petition.  Dismissed.
