The matter has been settled between the parties for an amount of Rs. 2,50,000/-  to be paid in five equal installments each amounting to Rs. 50,000/- commencing from 26.11.2023, 26.12.2023, 26.01.2024, 26.02.2024, and finally on 26.03.2023  by the OP to the complainant as full and final settlement for which AR of the complainant also given his consent. The payment shall be made in the form of either DD/ RTGS.

The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted by the Complainant.  Complaint is disposed off as settled. Copy of this order be given Dasti.

 File be  consigned to the record room.
