The matter was passed over.

            On the second call also, there is no appearance on behalf of petitioner.

 The present petition came up for hearing for the first time before this Commission on 25.3.2011. Since the petition was filed defective, petitioner was given various opportunities to remove the defects. In spite of various opportunities given, petitioner has failed to remove the defects. Today, he is absent.

            Under these circumstances, as nobody is appearing on behalf of petitioner since morning, the petition stands dismissed in default and for non-compliance of the order passed by this Commission.
