The order passed by the State Commission is an interim order. The order is neither without jurisdiction nor illegal in any manner. Therefore, we see no reason to interfere with the order on merits. We, however, direct that the amount which the petitioner shall deposit in compliance of the order of the State Commission within four weeks from today, shall be kept in an FDR and in case the petitioner succeeds, he will be entitled to the amount of the FDR with interest which accrues on the FDR. We also direct the State Commission to dispose of the appeal within three months of the receipt of this order. The revision petition stands dismissed, with the above directions. A copy of this order be sent to the State Commission immediately.
