ORDER   (Passed on 22.03.2013)       Per Smt Jayshree Yengal, Hon’ble Presiding Member       None for the appellants is present. Its counsel Mr Amit Balpande is also absent. Respondent Mr Rajaram with his counsel Ms S T Godbole is present. None for respondent No.2 is present.        The record reflects that appellants are consistently remaining absent in this matter and previous counsel appearing for the appellant has already filed “No Instruction” Pursis on 27.11.2012. Therefore, this appeal deserves to be dismissed in default. However, it was adjourned till today by way of last chance; but today also no appellant as well as none for the appellant is present.        Hence, appeal is dismissed.   No order as to cost.   Copy of this order be supplied to the parties.
