Complainant, Ist and 2nd opposite parties and their counsels appeared. Ist opposite party is ready to pay Rs.12,000/- to the complainant as compensation. The complainant is ready to give back the vessels kept at his house to the opposite party at the time of paying the amount. Hence the matter settled. The Ist opposite party is directed to disburse Rs.12,000/- within 15 days and the complainant is also directed to give back the vessels kept by them within that date. Hence the petition closed.
