  1.  This OP is seen stayed and had been lying  dormant from 16/10/2007    onwards.    Hence notice was issued to the parties to appear before this Commission on 12/11/2021, to inform as to the present status of the RP 40/2005 filed before the State Commission.   When the matter was called  there was no representation for either parties.
  2. There is no chance an RP filed before the State Commission would lie pending  without consideration or disposal for over 16 years.  We presume that the parties are not interested in prosecuting the CC. 
  3.  Hence the  complaint is dismissed.

Pronounced in open court on this the 12th day of  November, 2021.
