EA No.73 of 2016.

Pankaj Kumar vs. Rajan Communication.

 

Present:    Petitioner in person.

                 Sh.Deepak Grover, Manager for respondents No. 2.

               

                DH suffered a statement, according to which Deepak Grover-JD No.2 made him payment of Rs.12000/- in cash and old mobile set will be returned to him within a period of seven days from today.

              Keeping in view the statement suffered by the complainant and Deepak Grover-JD NO.2, record of this execution petition is hereby ordered to be consigned to the records treating it fully satisfied. In case, the decree holder will fail to return old mobile set to Shri Deepak Grover-JD No.2 then Deepak Grover shall be at liberty to file an application against the decree holder to recover the old mobile.
