Matter was passed over. On the second call also, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. On the last date of hearing, i.e, 27.11.2013, the following order was passed by this Commission; ated : 27th November, 2013 ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has been engaged recently and has filed his memo of appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Further, counsel for the petitioner states that previous cost has been deposited by the petitioner and receipt to this effect has been placed on record. However, defects as pointed out by the Registry as early on 2.5.2013 have not been removed by the petitioner till date. On the last date of hearing, last opportunity was granted to the petitioner to do the needful which has not yet been done by the petitioner. In the interest of justice, last opportunity is granted to the petitioner to do the needful within four weeks, subject to payment of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) as adjournment cost.
