This complaint is coming for hearing before us on 27^th day of June, 2019 in the presence of Thiru..N.Mani, Counsel for the Complainant, Thiru.K.Selvaraj, Counsel for the Opposite Party, after hearing both side this Forum passed the following:

 

 

ORDER

          Both parties are not present. Both counsels also not present. Conditional docket order was passed on 29.08.2019 in respect of the appearance of both parties. But, No appearance and also no representations on both sides. Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default with liberty to file a fresh petition without change the cause of action.
