                                      Today the case is fixed for presence of complainant as well as for evidence of complainant subject to last opportunity as on the last three previous date none appeared on behalf of complainant. Case called several times since morning, but today also none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 4.00 p.m. Case is also finally called at 4.00 p.m. but despite that none has appeared on behalf of complainant. Further wait is not justified. On earlier two occasions also none appeared on behalf of complainant. So, it appears that complainant is not interested to pursue further with his complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for non appearance and prosecution.  File be consigned to the record room.
