This complainant has been filed by Subodh Ratan Tigga against Raj Travels City Centre Sector -IV, Bokaro Steel City , Bokaro with the allegation of failure of the Op regarding non refunding the price of  Air Ticket amounting to Rs. 94000/

                               None is present on behalf of the complainant and earlier when the learned lawyer for the complainnat was confronted regarding the maintainability of the case , he has submitted that he will withdraw this case . Thereafter he never appeared inspite of sufficient opportunity being given to the complainant he failed to address the forum .

                               Apparently office of the Op is located within the jurisdiction of the Bokaro District Consumer Forum and ticket was District Consumer Forum , Bokaro . There is no other O.P having residence or office at Jamshedpur , Hence the member are of the opinion that this case is not maintainable and this Forum has got no power to entertain this case . The complainant may file a fresh complainnat before the  District Consumer Forum , Bokaro If advised .

                                Thus the members have taken unanimous view that this Forum has got no jurisdiction and in absence of jurisdiction this case is dismissed under Sec.12(3) of Consumer Protection Act .
