The complainant is absent without steps.

From the record, it is obvious that service of notice about the advent of the case record at this Commission could duly be effected upon the complainant on 28.11.2022.

In spite of the aforesaid service of notice having been done the complainant remained absent on the last specified date, for which he was directed to show cause as to why his case would not be dismissed for non-prosecution.

Today the complainant is also absent and no show cause is filed.

It seems to us that the complainant is no more interested to proceed with the case and that it is next to impossible for this Commission to run the case with the repeated absence or reluctance on the part of the complainant. We think that this is a fit case for passing a dismissal order.

As such, that the case be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution; but without cost.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
